You Are What You Eat
“You are what you eat” We have all heard this before and it makes sense, right? If I eat a bag of donuts everyday for the next year, I’m pretty sure I won’t be as healthy as I am if I eat fruits and veggies everyday instead. This concept is easy for us to grasp when it comes to our physical bodies but what about our minds? What are we feeding our spiritual bodies through tv, through music, through relationships, prayer and reading. Let’s be sure we are putting positive things in so we get positive things out.
